I bought a pedelec from the internet cheaply and newly. The High End Explore E + 0 Pro GTS PWR6 2020. Unfortunately, this came to me without a final inspection so that everything had to be adjusted. If you don't know what to do with it, you get mad. At Stantze the pedelec was carefully adjusted and even straightened (luggage rack). In addition, the advice has been top since the beginning. The next inspection is guaranteed to take place there.

It's a shame the telephone consultation is unfortunately miserable. Ordering spare parts is probably only possible on site. Ordering a simple warehouse with all the available dimensions, unfortunately not possible. They don't even bother to look, let alone ask if I can name the manufacturer can. Then online again ... the local trade doesn't seem to need it. Supplement to answer: I have all the specifications of the bearing / headset ... inner diameter, outer diameter degree of the phases and thus you cannot say whether it is available and what price? Then you can always say you'd better come by ... but no, thank you ... I would have had to drive at least two times if it wasn't in stock ... then better get it online and probably even cheaper ... And yes, that's what I call bad service, when the slightest effort is not made. Just called the online retailer and that wasn't a problem ... asked two or three questions and he already knew what I needed.
