Great bike shop , with high quality parts
Super guys in there, great investagtion into issues with my bike and fast repair job.
Friendly and competent advice. Your own ideas and wishes are taken into account and you don't get just any bike that is just there. The choice and number of bikes available (also for test drives) is enormous. The workshop also works perfectly, after several years I never had any reason for complaints. And after I had a production error in which the replacement frame had to be delivered for several months, I was provided with a very high-quality spare wheel for the entire period. Thanks and keep it up, I am completely satisfied!
Completely overpriced. Tested two Velovita racing bikes. Unfortunately there is only Scott and Spezialiced. These are definitely great brands, but not the only ones on the market. Will look again elsewhere and then think about it. Advice could be better, but it worked. The seller was a bit rude but tried hard.
My girlfriend and I bought E-MTBs there. The advice when buying was very good.
At the pick-up appointment, the buttocks were measured and then the appropriate saddle was fitted. The seating position was adjusted and the handles of my friend replaced. Really very blatant service that I didn't know from other bicycle purchases.
The seller also explained to us every step of the work why he is currently adjusting something. We felt very well looked after the whole time, simply great!
