5 stars for the land registry due to an absolutely uncomplicated and fast processing of a land charge. I had called and asked for short-term processing, the employee K **** ner promised to process it on the same day, although the matter was not even in her direct responsibility. Absolutely great and thanks again!

It’s like a cattle market in the courtroom. The judge (a very young one) hadn't even read through the case beforehand, he really saw it for the first time during the trial. Really outrageous, actually bold, something like that, when you consider that this is about several thousand euros, the judge doesn't care much. True to the motto: I passed my judge exam and can now sit back on my title. There wasn't much common sense left. “Judgment” and “just” have nothing to do with each other, remember that.
