Zahner Tao

I brought to TAO my road bicycle to balance the rear wheel. Work performed roughly, in fact the wheel was not perfectly balanced. Cost € 35. I decided not to argue but I was not satisfied. The most serious thing, however, was the fact that after few days a spoke came off the wheel and I risked an accident. I decided to bring the bike back to Tao and I was convinced that he had admitted that he had done the job badly and that he would have performed the repair for free ... Cost for inserting the spoke: € 30 ... !! Again!!! The wheel is not balanced yet and I will go and see another mechanic. Tao is not reliable.

Very bad, rude and impatient communication from boss. I was there for the first time in 2012 and wanted to buy the 80 € bike from him. Unfortunately, even trying to touch is forbidden by the chef. Since then I never visit again. Because of the courtesy of reviews, I give 1 star instead of an empty star in my original opinion.

Basically you get here certainly, what you need, but I decided against a purchase here, because he told me relatively expensive prices as a great savings on a mediocre product and even when I pointed out that there was no courtesy. In addition, I found the customer service rather unfriendly, but what might also have been because I have questioned the prices.
