Unfortunately I can not give them a starless review, I would if it was possible. Went into the shop to buy a bike light, then there was no price for the light, I was told it is because they only sell on the internet. He calculated a price that was more expencive than his internet price. Okay, I still made the purchace but it turns out they dont even have it on their website. When it smells like... it will taste like... because it is.

Very competent advice, you can just tell that they both have a clue. It also inspires confidence that both are cyclists themselves and therefore have a lot of knowledge of the subject. It's a shame that there aren't any more stores like this. The focus here is not on money, but on advice.

Hello, I bought 1 bike for me from Meister - rad. From A - Z I felt well advised and taken seriously as a customer. Now and then you need a little more time but it was worth it for me / us! And after the purchase there was a delicious cup of coffee! I will have my bicycles serviced at Meisterrad in the future and buy new ones if necessary !! 👌👍

That was by far the most absurd experience I've ever had. I called there to ask if they had a chain lock with a 7.2mm width. Then I was asked what kind of bike it was and when I rented it I said, "a trekking bike with an aluminum frame", the saleswoman asked what kind of chain it was and I, as a full amateur, said, "one made of steel with a width of 7.2mm ".... Then she became more and more grumpy, among other things she started to talk to me .... as the process progressed, it seemed to me as if she wanted to ask whether the bike would also have a school leaving certificate (?) I then interrupted their torrent of speech and asked again explicitly whether they had the desired chain lock there, the answer was, "YES, but we will not sell it to" you "!" ....I beg your pardon??? I then hung up, quite puzzled, and called KUK-Bikes with the same question, the answer from the seller there, who, by the way, did NOT call me on the terms, was, "Yes, we have the part in stock and you are welcome to come and collect it." So an answer one would expect from a sane seller! I am very happy that I only called there, I rate the said saleswoman as severely mentally impaired and can only advise everyone to avoid the store, with people like that you never know what will happen next.

Very competent and friendly advice. I got my first bike there and I'm very satisfied. After I was there again with my girlfriend and again enjoyed very good advice, we bought another bike there. Gladly again and definitely recommendable! Thanks.
