A great all-around experience, unlike other shops in the area we went to, the staff was friendly and not pushy at all. Despite speaking English just fine, they even indulged my Husband's bad German as he wanted to speak German throughout the process. We worked with three different salespeople and they all were extremely knowledgeable and patient while we tried different bikes. We got a great e-bike at a great price. Overall a great experience, this will be be our go-to bike shop in Stuttgart.
Excellent shop. The workers there were knowledgeable friendly and generous. This is definitely my preferred shop in Stuttgart.
It looks like most of the bad reviews here are from people frustrated with the online shop. I otherwise would have expected a much much higher rating; the in store service can't be beat.

I bought a cube e bike recently. Love the bike and the staff has been great. I even ran into a faulty battery (very rare). They let me borrow a loaner battery and ordered a new one. They are harder to get on the phone but when you are there, you see why. They are very busy. It's a clean store, friendly staff, and I recommend them.
