I have sent the team quite a few emails and i have had a prompt reply every time. They have always been eager to answer my questions. I'm glad to be riding Focus.

Needed to know the headset bearing dimensions of an elderly Focus frame. Got a swift response suggestion to send a picture of it, and within an hour I got the details. Good service

I recommend the Focus brand to everyone! The manufacturer responds quickly to problems! I got myself really quality service and fast. It was a brake problem on my new bike. The matter was taken up immediately and it was clarified with the product manager what the problem was. Bike and drive BR Timo from Finland :)

My Focus Jam2 is the best bike I’ve ever owned. And I’ve been riding for 30 years. I’ve had many different bikes from many brands, I’ve raced in several different countries and still knock out the occasional KOM. Not to blow my own trumpet, but just to point out, I know a bit about mountain biking. And I reckon Focus was at least 5 years ahead of the Ebike game with the Jam2. Other manufacturers were still bolting batteries on the outside, and making crazy heavy bikes to go all day. When the Jam2 appeared it moved everyone in a new direction. It was one of the first to recognise the fact that most riders want to hammer the trails for a couple of hours. If we had the time and inclination to go all day we’d get a road bike. It’s absolutely perfect for riding in New Zealand where we have plenty of awesome trails but no chairlifts. Suddenly you can go everywhere and enjoy park style riding without needing to pay for shuttles. The ride is plush and downhill focused - you tend to tractor over everything. But with the assist there’s no heavy bike penalty or pushing up steep sections. I thought there’d be added complications with the electrics but I’ve thrashed mine harder than any bike I’ve owned and it just keeps on going. Apart from consumables like brake pads, chains and tyres, I haven’t had to change a thing. Bloody well done.
