After just a few visits here, once again, I have faith in the "local bike shop" (LBS) concept. True, on the Internet you can purchase many things for less money, but you cannot take advantage of the expertise in service, experienced advice, or the availability of parts to get you rolling again.
A word of advice to anyone concerned about price of goods or services - simply tell the staff what your budget target is at the outset, and where you are willing to compromise. The owner is not getting rich operating a bicycle shop, and he must make money too.
Super nice service that really impressed me. Wasn't a customer here before and stood in Feuerbach with far too little air in the tire. Without any ifs or buts, I was helped immediately and provided with good advice and even a valve cap. I am very enthusiastic - a lot of people talk about service, here it takes place very specifically!
I am very satisfied: I announced my bike problem in advance and then came to the repair shop in the morning. The brake cable was exchanged directly and I was able to take the bike with me afterwards. Friendly and nice (also to the other customers who came in between) - I will definitely be back!
