I had to see Mr. Kurz three times within 6 weeks. And it was never a problem to look at my bike. 2x it was done immediately and perfectly. Once I had to leave it there (by arrangement). I was allowed to fetch it after the weekend and since Mr. Kurz was on vacation, my brother opened the door for me and handed me my repaired bike. Another star EXTRA! A fine little shop as it used to be. Not "chic" and not aloof. Highly Recommended.

Not recommendable. I went to ask for an appointment for a small repair or if you could look at it right away. Was stupidly pamped that there is so much going on right now. I won't go there anymore ...

Mr. Kurz may sometimes be a bit dry, but his repairs are first-rate, and he never tries to sell unnecessary items or spare parts when it is not necessary.
