Unfortunately only 1 star.
Bike brought for repairs at the end of May. Called several times to remind. Yesterday I picked it up unrepaired. It's a shame.

Very promising at the beginning, the bike was there for over 1 year. Despite repeated reminders, I did not get a cost estimate. In the end I was informed that the bike had been repaired for a horrific sum without prior consultation with me.
Technically, it seems to be okay, organizationally questionable.
Simply unreliable based on our experience.
Our bike was in this workshop for at least five weeks without even a handshake. We have repeatedly reminded ourselves and the agreed activities both by telephone and in person. End of story: we picked up the bike unrepaired after five weeks. So we CANNOT recommend it.
Good and competent. Willing to help.
Best man. Top work, super competent, punctual, very good price / performance ratio, has the right idea. Not even Campagnolo Italy had the spare part they wanted ... but he had it and installed it quickly. Fantastic.
