Terrible customer service. We have been waiting for a bike we ordered and paid for on the online shop for almost 4 weeks now! Obviously the situation is strained due to but the shop has offer no support or assistance in tracking the bike. They don’t feel responsible at all and even hang up on us when we call to follow up. Wonder if we will ever get our bike back or at least our money!

So far, they are friendly. However, it would be great if they could just answer the phone. I understand that they might be busy with other customers. But the option to leave a message to call back later will be definitely appropriated.

We ordered a bike for our son. Unfortunately, the tube in the front wheel had a defect, which I then sent individually. A new one was installed without any problems and they immediately put a spare hose plus the shipping costs that came to me in the package. Super nice staff. 👍
