Called to inquire about a repair of my disc brake on the front wheel because the pressure point is no longer correct and there is no oil in the brake line. Without asking beforehand, it was said that you only use brand-name bicycles and that checking the brakes would be a dirty job (although it is an expensive bike). Instead, I was told to go to my bike shop in my home, 200 km away. Unfortunately, a very unfriendly phone call, which denies a potential new customer.

Even in the middle of the corona-related exceptional bike season, in which you have to wait for weeks at other dealers for appointments, Mr. Doll repaired my bike, which I had not bought from him, within a few days at a fair price. Many thanks for the great service, which is by no means a matter of course!

Highly recommended. I really contacted a lot of dealers about my preferred bike and by far Doll Bikes was the best. Quick answers, competent, deadlines met without demand. The bike I ordered online was set up for me on site before it was shipped to me. Just a dream!

I add a point for yesterday's visit. I was looking for a dealer who would accept my job bike for inspection that was purchased from another dealer. My old dealer wanted to replace everything about the chain and brakes because these (I'm not a professional) already have defects and have to be replaced. Waiting time (bike stays with the dealer) for an inspection up to 4 weeks. Although he was a third-party buyer, Mr. Doll took the trouble to inspect the e-bike with a test ride, and determined by measuring the chain that this is not yet necessary. Mr. Doll would have replaced the brakes without further ado if he saw the need. Conclusion: very customer-oriented and competent. Many thanks again for this. In autumn, when everything has calmed down a bit, I can hand in my bike with a clear conscience.
