We needed used bikes for cycle touring. Albert had two and we spent an hour together getting them ready - he was great! We have just completed 1400 km on the Eurovelo 6 across France, no worries.
Good and competent advice and always helpful after the purchase. If possible, help is always provided immediately - which is usually the case. Definitely great service at very fair prices. Can only be highly recommended.
My father-in-law was cycling in Stuttgart from the Swabian Alb and had problems with his disc brakes. Cycling was practically impossible because a brake completely failed. Could solve the problem elsewhere, but the dealer would have at least looked at the bike after a phone call. Good service, therefore 5 stars.
A totally helpful man. Price is right and quality is always the best. My bikes are only with him when I need something.
