Bicycle Dutschke - Ebike Center

People in this shop did not manage to fix my bicycle properly. I had to come again. Instead of any kind of apology, I got unfriendly and annoyed behaviour from the staff for the mistake they had make. Strongly do not recommend this shop.

I bought a new e-bike and received great advice. The employees are all friendly and have a clue of what they are doing. You always feel that you are in good hands.

When I bought a new saddle, I had to "pull everything out of the seller's nose". I had the feeling that he didn't feel like taking this advice. Now the saddle was broken (torn open) after less than 7 weeks, so I accepted the long journey again and wanted to complain about it. Another seller looked at it and said that this damage could only have been caused willfully with a knife - I told him that my bike was not left unattended anywhere. However, he did not want to replace the saddle for me because he said that the manufacturer would never replace this damage. I have now contacted the manufacturer myself and got a replacement without any problems. Because of this poor service, I will no longer shop there.

The shop was recommended to me. The prices are fair and good. The selection is also impressive. However, there is still plenty of room for improvement in terms of friendliness. Especially when spare parts for older models are requested. In the little things you can see the passion for service.
