This shop is definitely the best in town. I bought an old bike when I arrived to Bremen and I took it to two different bike shops to fix it but they didn't manage the problem, and the fixing only worked for a few weeks. I came to Conrad later following the recommendation of a friend and they did wonders with my old bike. I now feel I'm riding on a cloud. They also treated me very well and they speak excellent English (which didn't happen in the other shops) Also, they have so many beautiful things for the bike that I bought several accessories in the store. Totally recommended, excellent service.

Overpriced, unnecessary repairs have also been offered in the past. E.g. Change chains, etc. That was then denied elsewhere. Then the tires were suddenly broken every time I sent them in for repairs, but before that everything was fine. I was recently told that changing gears would cost 300 euros, and anyway I should throw my bike away. I then went somewhere else. It cost 50 euros in total. Sometimes you have no choice because it's close by, but I don't just have it repaired anymore, I always explore somewhere else beforehand. I've seen bad reviews being labeled as fake trolls because they don't respond anymore. So I'm reposting this now. You have a bad reputation here if I keep asking around. It doesn't help if they hide the ratings.

If you are looking for good advice with a focus on cargo or recumbent bikes, this is the place for you. The workshop is also great. However, you have to bring time, despite the inspection appointment it takes over 30 minutes to hand in the bike. We could also work on the friendliness of the sellers and screwdrivers. All in all great quality and performance and that's the most important thing for me.

Saturday morning: Problem, flat tires. Got there at 10 a.m., handed in the bike, at 11:30 a.m. I got the SMS that the bike was repaired. That's how it should be! Fast, problem-oriented and uncomplicated. You have to bring some time with you without an appointment. But that's ok too. Definitely recommended for bike problems!
