I ended up at greenmobility because I didn't get this support from 2 other dealers before, like in this shop. I can only say: great workshop, great salespeople (very competent, helpful and friendly) and of course the impressive ambience. We are always happy to be with you. Keep it up!!!

There were no 3 men there who asked why Mr. Böschen did not wear a mask. It was just a seller who asked what Mr. Böschen then exactly showed his exemption, which the seller was not interested in and he immediately sent us out. By the way, I was wearing a mask. So it does not correspond to the fact you are telling here. It is a lie to say the least. As a result, I can no longer enter their shop or buy anything from them. Very nice shop for pedelecs and S-pedelecs. However, our bike was repaired for 8 weeks because the bottom bracket was broken. When we then picked it up, we again noticed small flaws that should be remedied, which at first nobody wanted to have. (From the service team) The aspect of "service" must be questioned here!
