Decathlon Bremen Waterfront

For the first time I was here on November 27, 2020 and I must say; A nice spacious shop where friendly and helpful staff work.

Unfortunately not much choice. Therefore ordered online and now I want to change the size but have to go back to the store or return and order again. Assume that the aim is to save shipping costs. I'm not that excited

I'm a big fan of Decathlon but not this branch. Employees don't care about customers and if you ask them where something is, you often only get very snotty answers. Selection is not that big either. I prefer to sit in the car and drive to Oldenburg or order online.

The staff there is not really friendly except for the cashier. We bought a lot today, including shoes for men, which we paid for with an EC card. Then we asked for a bag, we should have paid for it, but we didn't have any cash. So we had to walk across the waterfront with all our things under our arms. That annoyed us very much.

The checkout area is a bit confusing and here and there the goods could be better sorted (signs are missing or are not where they should be). Otherwise, however, a clear shop in the typical Decathlon look and looks clean.
