They told me I should leave because I asked too many questions. They were simply rude and I can't recommend this negativity to anyone.

This is the worst place I’ve ever taken my bike and I can’t recommend it to anyone. They’re not only very unprofessional about their work; they’re also rude and refuse to admit it and make up for it when they make mistakes. If you want the long story, you can read it here: I took my bike there to have both wheels changed (front wheel incl. new dynamo system), and I furthermore had a punctured front tire. When I came back to pick up the bike, they had – without my consent – decided to also change the front light, not only the dynamo. We never talked about a new light, so I found it weird in the first place, but they had also decided which kind of front light; an ugly plastic one that didn’t fit my otherwise very classy bike at all. My old light was already thrown away it seemed. Since I generally believe that everyone can make a mistake, I didn’t even complain about it but just ended up paying even more for a nicer light. I regret that. When I came back the second time after waiting another few days for the light to be changed, I realized that they had left my reflectors on the old wheels. I had to tell them explicitly to put them onto the new wheels, but at least the guy who was in the shop on that day just did it without further complaining. On my way home, the same tire that had the puncture before punctured again so I went back to the store. I had already told them when I handed it in that the bike had gotten a puncture two days in a row also after getting a new tube, so it probably wasn’t that simple. However, when I came back, the guy in the store – who was even the same one who had also been there when I handed in the bike in the first place – blamed me for having a bad tire. It’s already incredibly unprofessional to just put in a new tube when your customer already said that it didn’t only happen once and when you can see that the tire needs to be replaced, but it’s even worse to blame your customer when YOU are supposed to be the expert. He didn’t offer me a proper solution but just started dragging my bike to the back, so I took the bike back and left the store, refusing to pay them even more money for ‘fixing’ it again. In the evening, I sent my boyfriend to the store to try to at least get a new tube since that was what their mistake had cost me. He knows more about bikes than me and wasn’t in as bad a mood as I was, so he managed to get that. I bought a new tire from somewhere else. If only it had ended there. After a few days, I saw that the special screws I had bought for the old wheels had been taken away and replaced with normal, cheap screws. I was very upset about that because I had bought the other particular screws because they make it more difficult to steal the bike wheels. They didn’t even mention that they had taken them, nor why. Even if there were a reason why they exchanged the screws, they should at least have pointed it out and offered me to take the other ones back home, but they didn’t. My boyfriend again went back to the store to get the nice screws back, and the guy working there got very angry and seriously, literally ended up throwing a new pack of screws at my boyfriend. A few weeks later again, my back light simply stopped working with the new dynamo. It has always worked perfectly with the old system. Furthermore, the first time I used my highest shifter, the chain just came off. This has never ever happened before. When I went to a different place with my bike to have them take a look at it, it turned out that they had simply adjusted the shifters completely wrong when they changed the back wheel so that the highest shifter would lead the chain directly off the bike. But after the treatment I had gotten so far, I didn’t see any point in going back to complain yet again. I find it very difficult to believe that these are all just mistakes. After all, they earn money by fixing broken bikes. But then again, they could also ‘just’ be very bad at their work and at the same time incredibly rude.

Impolite and intransparent. Change parts without telling you and then hand you a receipt with a single sum and no details of what work has been done or which parts you are paying for.

Unprofessional and inpolite; I got my tire repaired there and they broke the gears; I went back to have say it and to have it repaired, and they just pretended to do sth and sent me away; of course nothing was fixed and I went back again saying that there was no difference between the gears: they rode my bike saying that I was wrong; so at the end they broke my gears and I have to pay someone else to repair them, 'cos they don't take responsability; and when I said to them that I would recommend everybody not to go there, they said: I don't care; this is their service: better keep off!

Extremely impolite service. Will not return.
