A bicycle bought here suffered a frame breakage after a few years. Since there was a 10-year guarantee against frame breakage for the frame, I wanted to claim this from the seller. The latter refused because he was not an official service partner of the manufacturer. Sales seem to be the goal, service less so. Incidentally, I was looked after by the big green competitor in Bremen free of charge and courteously.

Very nice people, communicative and straight. After checks, clear and appropriate suggestions for repair options. Very fair prices. On schedule. Lovely again.

In short: that's how it works! I wanted to have my admittedly quite cheap bike serviced a little. So the usual. Renew the brakes, adjust the gears, renew the rear wheel casing and have the rear wheel hub adjusted. An assessment did not actually take place. Somehow I had the feeling that I wasn't welcome with my intentionally cheap bike (bikes are always stolen from me). After 6 days I should pick up the bike. Unfortunately, it wasn't ready on the agreed date, even though I had called the day before. So it took a day longer. Brakes and coat were changed. The gears and hub still pose the same problems as before, if not worse. I am aware that I only have a "cheap bike", but with just a 5 minute consultation I could have made a better decision whether a new coat and new brakes would still make sense if the hub and gears were defective. Pity!

With the order to change the brake pads, it was pointed out that they wanted to check whether the brake disc had to be straightened (strong braking noises). Therefore a cost estimate with two prices was given. Both prices were completely fair, a rental bike was free and the repair was finished within the promised timeframe ... Great!
