Very friendly and courteous customer service. Was here for the first time to pick up a Swapfiets bike, 45 earlier than my appointment, still didn't have to wait and had my bike a few minutes later. The employee spoke top German and explained all the services of Swapfiets and the bike to me in an understandable way. Gladly again.

Open does not mean open. Bad service experience. Especially after the termination becomes known. There is no collection.
