Super Service! My front tire was over and was immediately replaced without any problems. In the meantime I was able to do my errands in the neighborhood and when I came back my bike was ready to be picked up. It couldn't be better!

wanted to have a chainglider attached for my e-bike. The workshop employee came, took a quick look at the bike - it doesn't work, too tight, it will grind. That's it. Then I went to an established, small dealer - no problem, we'll do it. I give Radschlag one piece of advice: that's not how you treat customers.
