Better to order spare parts online! I ordered something twice, both of which would be used by other customers.

Moin, at EinRad bicycles are unfortunately only repaired with prior registration and appointment. Although I would have had more than a week to repair my wife's bike and had the bike with me, EinRad didn't want to repair it. Pity! I have always liked to have EinRad repaired my daughter's Gazelle and bikes from my wife and me that I bought from EinRad. Was a loyal customer who deliberately bought umpteen expensive Abus granite locks from EinRad and not online. Probably due to the enlarged sales area, EinRad simply does not have enough space to accept bicycles for repair without prior notification and appointment. Doesn't help.
