Misto`s Fahrradladen

I had problem with with bike and went to repair it. They told me they know what is the problem and that will cost me maximum 50 EUR. When I have come for bike they took 50 eur and told me they did what they could but bike is in same condition. After complaning they return me 25 eur and they did not actually nothing with problem I had. They just tried to explain me that they even need 25 eur for analysing the bike :D and I still have the same problem. Dont go to this place and to pay until you are sure that everything is fixed as you agreed with them. Totally cheating and taking money for nothing by saying we will help you another time you come us.

I am writing this review a bit late. About one months ago I had a flat front tire, so I visited the shop and asked for a wrench to fix my bike at home... The shop's owner gave me a free wrench, "not for sale"... as he told me, to do it and didn't want it back. That was very cost effective for me :) Thanks a lot! Definitely recommend place to visit, a nice place and friendly staff indeed.

Helpful and kind place

Ich äußere mich grundsätzlich immer dann, wenn ich von einem Unternehmen und von den Menschen dahinter vollständig überzeugt bin. Und zu Misto`s Fahrradladen "muss" ich mich nun äußern. "Misto" ist wirklich ein vorbildlicher Fahrradladen! Sowohl ich als auch meine Frau haben dort ein / unser Rad (mit Zahnriemen, Scheibenbremsen und allem Weiterem, was wichtig ist) gekauft. Sowohl beim Kauf als auch bei allen anderen Fragen / Serviceleistungen (Reparatur, Produktauswahl, Tipps zum Säubern des Rads etc.) wird man stets -sowohl bei Rädern für/ von Erwachsenen als auch denen für/ von Kindern- TOLL beraten. Das Motto von Misto ist: "geht nicht, gibt’s nicht!" Wir sind total begeistert von Misto und freuen uns auf die kommenden Jahre als Kunde.
