Peterswerder Radhaus

My bike was in the Peterswerder Radhaus for repair / maintenance. After I had sweaty the first appointment to drop off my bike, I got a second chance and I have to say that neither my bike nor I was treated with grudges ;-). Seriously, there was a very transparent explanation and list of the work to be carried out both in advance and on the invoice. Top! Competence and specialist knowledge spray from every pore of the people who work in the Peterswerder Radhaus. We recommend!

Unfortunately very rude and outrageous! After the cost estimate I wanted to have 10 € for the coffee box, although no order was placed. After we didn't want to put 10 € in the "coffee box" without an invoice, we had to give back the cost estimate and the owner said: "Then you don't need to be seen here either!"

Friendly, competent and fast. Very best experience with maintenance and repair. The Peterswerder Radhaus is definitely recommended!

Have enough to do and are not dependent on fizzy stuff like mine, hence the arrogant way. I went somewhere else. Goodbye forever

Very well stocked bike shop. Friendly and competent people. Here I immediately got my broken saddle screw replaced and fitted. That despite a busy schedule. This is what customer service looks like. Thank you.
