They have the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever seen in any shop in Germany . They take time for each appointment and take their customers very seriously . I don't think I would ever go to another bicycle store. Most of the time depending on the situation they help you in the workshop for free. Other stores charge between 30-100€ for such services.

Many thanks to Mr. Lammering, who helped me very kindly and quickly. Goods I did not have were quickly ordered from another branch and made available for collection within a few days. The whole team was very friendly and extremely keen to generate customer satisfaction, which without exception succeeded. Thank you again for such a perfect performance, which gave me the opportunity to shop on site.

Top and especially friendly advice. Above all, you get the feeling of being able to contact us at any time and to be welcome, even after the purchase. Of course you have to wait a bit because of the pandemic measures, but that is more than acceptable and understandable. In addition, I have to praise the hygiene concept and that there is no access for mask refusers.
