Unfriendly, cheeky and incompetent! After my wheel was centered, the spokes came loose while driving at full speed. Then, back in the shop, I was told very rudely that my spokes were "scrap" and that they could not be centered well! After 4 months and several unfriendly phone calls, I got my rim back with the same problem! I will now have it centered at another workshop ... If you can't, just let it be! Will not enter this shop again!

When a spoke broke in my rear wheel on my bike trip, help was needed quickly. In the shop, I was given very friendly, competent and quick support with repairs with tools, which was primarily due to mutual respect. Now I can continue my journey relaxed.
