They blew up my tire over here and weren't willing to pay for the repaircosts. Unbelievable

A star deduction because the e-bike went on strike on the way. Unfortunately the waitress said goodbye. Called and a new suitable bike was immediately brought to a meeting point, very friendly staff 😊 otherwise everything went great, even at short notice without a reservation. Gladly again 😁

I had rented several pedelecs with others. The handover took place competently and without any problems, questions were answered in a friendly and individual manner. Overall, the quality of the rented bikes was consistently high. Unfortunately, I was missing a screw for the crank, so that it failed to work just outside of Trier. Since nobody could be reached by phone, we decided to go to an Fshhradladen in the neighboring town, unfortunately closed. Another phone call only brought the information that I had to take care of the repairs myself and load the reference to another bike that luckily could still be reached. My bike was repaired there for a fee. Back in Trier, the always friendly staff initially reimbursed me for the repair costs from their tip fund, in order to hopefully have the expenses reimbursed later by the boss. This is how customer service works! Kudos to the employees who handled it with absolute confidence. GREAT!!! 😀

I went to the store without an appointment because my chain broke. A new chain was installed without a long wait and the gearshift stopped. Unfortunately there was only a slightly more expensive chain in stock, but this was installed for me free of charge. Very nice staff and good service!
