We ended up buying our bikes the same day as they were able to assemble my bike in just 1 hour. Absolutely excellent service. We will go back for all our future biking needs. best bike shop around.. over the past 3 years i've lived in Germany i have visited 4-5 bike shops around Trier and Konz and this one has always been the best by far!. the staff have been very friendly and are happy to communicate with you in English no problem, if your level of German is not so good. so far i have purchased 1 bike from them and have had a full service and repair on my other bikes and right now i'm having my wheel rebuilt by them. one other bike shop i had been to around the Trier area were surprisingly unfriendly and very negative ( i wont say the store name ) take my advice...... go straight to Bicycle Heidemann
