Good selection of bikes and the staff were friendly and knowledgable (Phillip Arnoldy looked after us). Went in to get a normal MTB and ended up getting a Cube E-MTB which I’ve very happy with !! Had to wait a while for it to be ready (expected with the corona boom ) but it was available for pick up on the day agreed. In the end we bought 3 E bikes from there! (one for me, my wife and her mum). Waiting for the 4th to be ready for collection for her dad. All in all was happy with their service.

Terrible place. The rudeness and arrogance of the service in the workshop is unbelievable. Treating customers as an obstacle. I came to pick up the bike and because I asked to tighten the bolt, I was charged an additional service at an increased cost. Never again...

Purchased an eBike at this store against my better judgement as I and my wife have experienced terrible service from this vender in the past. When I bought the bike, I was told to pick it up on the given day at 5pm. Arriving all excited for my new bike I was not greeted warmly and told very undiplomatically that I was 15min too early. Surprised that a bike delivery was planned to the exact minute, I sat down to wait. When approached by another sales person I explained that I found their customer care lacking. The original sakes person who told me I was 15min too early, than started to argue the point from across the room in front of many other customers. I found this behavior totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I am mad at myself for not heeding my previous stance to never buy from this store again. Rest assured, I will not make that mistake again. Absolutely the worst customer experience ever!! Arrogant sales reps!!

Top service and very nice boss. Here we work with passion and sometimes detours are accepted to help the customer. Fantastic and THANKS Keep it up👌👍
