I asked about an appointment yesterday using the contact form and received an answer today that I could come over. I then registered again by phone and I have to say, really, very friendly. If the appointment goes so well tomorrow, I will add to this assessment. So far I am very satisfied, especially with the short-term appointment confirmation - great! Update from 09.09.2020: Today I was with Mr. Hunneshagen on my bike. I was served very kindly, both by him and his employee. Both have a clue of what they are doing. The problem with brakes and gears was recognized after a short test drive and immediately rectified. I could wait for my bike. In terms of price, too, everything was excellent and I am very happy to be able to go on holiday with a "roadworthy" bike. Thanks a lot for this! My husband and I will definitely go back to Mr. Hunneshagen and have our bike inspections done there. And if at some point a new purchase is due, we will certainly do the same for Mr. Hunneshagen. THE RADGARAGE CAN ONLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

A friend had told me about the bicycle garage some time ago. The e-bike has been worrying for a few kilometers. So I searched, found and made an appointment. When I gave it away, I forgot the mouthguard, so all conversations went with the T-shirt in front of my mouth and nose. All instructions were understood immediately and there were answers for everything. The next day I was able to repeat the bike. All sounds were gone. Today on the tour (approx. 80 km) the bike ran like clockwork again. I have found my workshop, definitely a super recommendation that I am happy to pass on.
