The owners are really nice, BUT we ordered two bicycles, 3 helmets and a high-quality child seat 4 months ago. The owners wanted to contact us immediately after an estimated delivery time of about 21 days so that we can pick up our ordered items. After 2 phone calls where the above Owners didn't even know what we had chosen (really now?!?!), We give it up and bought our bikes from the competition. It's a shame, because Mr. and Mrs. Hackländer let a lot of money slip through their fingers.

After flat tire and disappointments of the competition, my problem was tackled. Due to the Corona time, immediate repair is not possible, but after 6 days, the bike is ready to ride again. Patched tires and the rear brake pads renewed. That's service. It's good that there are still such small businesses where the customer is king. Top to recommend.

One star almost too many. As of today, I am no longer a customer of Mr. Hackländer. I bought several bikes there over many years and always had my own bike repaired there when it was necessary. Since my bike is currently defective, my friend lent me one that should also be repaired a little. The only reaction from Mr. Hackländer: “Let the people from St. Augustin take care of it,” left me in the yard and went back to his workshop. This is how Mr. Hackländer treats his customers! The bicycle boom seems to have gotten into his head. Fortunately, there are other workshops.
