A great bike shop that is a Gazelle specialist dealer, among other things. You get detailed advice over the phone and can test drive the bikes. Time is taken for the customer and different solutions are explained. Even if you are inexperienced, the nice salespeople are never impatient. 100% recommendation!

After 5 attempts, gave up having my bike repaired there ... Again and again different contact persons because "the other one is not on site" After (attempted) repair the seller testified that the problem was not solved, but you HAD to pay anyway ... cheek. Expertise did not go beyond that of a hobby mechanic. Definitely not recommended for more complicated repairs!

I am completely thrilled! Very friendly gentlemen, very honest, weigh up with the customer whether the planned purchase makes sense, i.e. not, as is generally known from bike shops, sell at any price. Today I screwed spare parts on an air pump I bought years ago without asking a cent. The shop deserves to support and recommend him!

Good quick service. Could drop off my bike and pick it up the next day. A brief review would be carried out in my presence and then what would be done would be discussed. It was transparent and understandable. All at a good price.

Attention! I left my bike here because my gear shift no longer worked. I was advised that this could be a minor issue, but if the gearshift was very dirty the rear wheel would have to be removed and it would be expensive. One day later I got the call that the rear wheel would have to be removed to clean the gear hub - for 80 euros. I turned it down because I assumed I could do it myself - I got help from an experienced bicycle tinkerer. The circuit only had to be opened from the outside and briefly cleaned over the rod - then the matter was done. The whole thing didn't even take a minute and the circuit worked again. Either someone didn't understand his trade, didn't even look at the bike or wanted to cheat me. In any case, I would advise against visiting GeoBikes.
