Retail for the win!
A year ago I spent a lot of money here on a great gravel bike, thanks to the great advice and enthusiasm of all employees. Now the entire team has been replaced and you can be happy when you get a hello. Well, I don't feel comfortable there anymore. The program itself is still perfect.
PS: At that time I also referred a friend there who got an even more expensive bike. Not sure if I would do this again.
A really great shop that is easy to reach! I only had a small problem with the bike, but not only was it repaired in a very short time, but the tires were inflated for free. The employees are competent, very friendly and accommodating.
