Very nice and competent employees and a great shop! I gave my old bike for inspection because it has been in constant use since Corona. Of course, you have to be patient at the moment when making appointments, but I had the bike back within a day. And that afternoon I received a call and they explained to me exactly what was being done. I found it really great thank you!
If I can bring myself to a new bike, it will definitely come from wheel bearings!
While other bike shops / repair shops in the area indicated that they didn't want to fix our bike, Radlager helped us right away! Our vehicle was ready for the road again within 15 minutes. Highly recommended - 5 stars for a service that is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare in Germany!
I just called there about an emergency, my tire was flat, it should have been pushed home from work today. My daughter was able to go straight away and the employee immediately took the time.

Nice employees and top service
Really unfriendly employees, bosses no better either. You'd think those responsible hold a monopoly on bicycle repairs! Not even close. Every alternative is a better alternative. Absolutely not recommended. Bad service and rudeness should be punished by the customer!
Super friendly people there.
Both the customer service and the workshop are super competent, because I am an experienced screwdriver myself, with little time, I can judge it that way.
