Great customer service! Very friendly and competent team. Repair faster and cheaper than originally estimated. Besides repairs, they are also helpful for extra requests / safety on the bike. Absolute recommendation. Found my new bike workshop!
Bad service. Agreed deadlines were not met several times. In addition, although it was agreed that a cost estimate would first be made, the work was made easy and the previously agreed maximum price was significantly exceeded. Then there was an argument on the phone, everything would not have been written down. I can only say that I had definitely agreed to it with the employee. I didn't check what he wrote down. After a small discount, I took the bike and paid significantly more than my maximum amount. After a few months, the newly installed gear shift was broken again. The employee's first reaction was that it couldn't be the fault of the bike shop, because the gear shift would have broken earlier. Without inspection or knowledge of specific facts. So it had to be me or the bike. I still read the bike there so that the cause could be checked (free of charge as I have stated several times). It turned out that it was a warranty case or assembly error. It was repaired for free and given back to me.
Overall, I can only say that I have a repaired bike. Therefore 2 stars. But good service looks different in my opinion.
