Indeed a bit arrogant and not so friendly staff-owner. By accident I had a package delivered to that address and the owner made me give a tip for receiving my parcel and hold it for half day. His reason “I had to stop working for those minutes to receive your parcel and time is money”
Other times I had the idea to just go there and give the workshop another chance to service my bike or ask for parts. Simply not recommended as the owner charges more than other workshops and takes longer for any repair. Is not the first time I hear the unfriendly treat from the owner and the greedy prices on the shop from other local residents on that street or area.
Good luck with your experience once there.

Very fast and good service. The best thing about it is that there are bicycles to rent if you need a replacement bike for the time of the repair
