Service tiptop
Purchased a cyclocross bike here recently. Very helpful staff, a good price and service. Thanks for making my stay in Cologne nicer with a new bike :)
I have only had good experiences here so far. The staff were all friendly and competent. I also received timely help twice with an acute problem. Sure, the prices are already in a higher segment, but good advice should also be rewarded accordingly.
