I took my bike in to repair a flat tyre. I stated at the time that I suspected there was something lodged in the tyre (I had a German friend with me) since I had tried previously and failed to fix it myself. They said they would of course check that. My bike was returned (apparently fixed) but on the first ride, it punctured immediately (clearly something still in the tyre). I returned 5 days later (since I work during the week) and they said I’d have to pay full price to repair again and that I should have returned within 2 days if I wanted a refund. The whole experience and level of customer service was deeply unsatisfactory

I've been there several times for various repairs on my bike and I'm very satisfied. There are clear announcements about costs, alternative options and the time of completion before the commissioning. It didn't matter that my bike wasn't bought there. I am very satisfied and will continue to bring my bike there in the future.

Something of unfriendly, allegedly the boss that I don't laugh, someone has to learn how to deal with customers ... won't go into this shop anymore. But there are others who deserve to continue to be supported in this crisis.

I have seldom seen such an unfriendly man. My 2 children and I had a flat tire and the gentleman thought it was my problem. I asked nicely if he could help me change the hose or explain how to do it. I should google. And if I could at least buy the right hose, he replied with "I don't have". Something of unfriendly, child-hostile and disrespectful. Corona apparently did nothing to him so that he does not value customers. Fortunately, there was another cyclist who bought me a hose there and voluntarily exchanged the hose for me. I can NOT recommend this shop even if it's been there for years. Even advise against it. The man doesn't seem to like his job. I even believe it was the owner. He was quite old. So avoid this bike shop and drive a few meters to Cosmos!
