Called briefly, drove by, got parts. Owner recognized my old collector's item directly, frame manufacturer, year of construction, a short chat and a few tips on how to repair it yourself, great.

Super Service! Was referred to sülzer Dynamo for a spare part that another store didn't have. I called and asked about the replacement part. I was told that it was difficult to get this old replacement part. I should come over and see what can be done. I drove there and was helped immediately. The defective part (crank wedge of an old wheel) was repaired immediately. Thank you very much

Absolute disaster this shop. The owner should screw the cassette tight and put a loose pinion on it correctly. A spacer ring was attached to the freewheel to bridge the gap. Because the owner didn't know the ring, he simply left it out. This prevented the chain from jumping onto the lower sprocket. This type of space bridging is pretty well known and every bicycle mechanic should know it. The brakes were set completely wrong. The front brake didn't work at all and the rear brake cable was set far too short. The bike is then brought back to the store: Result ... the brakes no longer work after the first ride. I would have to drive for about 10 km without brakes. It was the first racing bike tour after the repair. It was very dangerous. All good things come in threes. Result after the third "repair". The front brake caliper cracked and the mechanic gave me the broken bike. I could turn to the IHK and complain. I will do this too. Furthermore, I will have the legal situation checked by an attorney. If possible, also file a criminal complaint.

I wanted to bring my bike over here for repair and showed the man in the shop the damage to the bike. He realized that the bike was not bought from him and clearly lost interest in taking care of the matter. Apparently you don't earn anything from a repair. The same thing happened to my partner. According to her description, it was the same man. When I read the reviews here, we are probably not an isolated case. I would like to emphasize that I / we were not rude.
