Unfriendly and unprofessional. I had a flat tire and problems with my brakes. After picking up my bike, I walked home. The next morning I had another flat tire. I brought my bike back, but I have to pay again !! Now I have problems with my brakes again.

I have had my bikes serviced here for years. After a thorough measurement, my new Patria Terra touring bike was also bought here. A smaller but fine shop. No matter what problem, it has always been solved. Good personal advice. I can really recommend it.

Not a bit helpful, and also very unfriendly. One link in my chain was broken and had to be renewed, with the necessary tools a matter of 10 minutes, but apparently you didn't feel like it or "time". Conclusion: unfortunately not recommendable.

So. I was out on my bike and noticed that a screw on the handlebar stem had come loose (which can be quite dangerous). Cell phone out, Google asked where the nearest bike shop was, as I didn't have any tools with me. Google showed me this store. I went there and asked if they had a short time to fix the screw again with a hexagon. Would have been a matter of 1-2 minutes. Well It was rudely denied on the grounds that he and his colleague are currently having a consultation. (2 men for 1 person). I could leave my bike there and come back the next day. For what? For a screw that can be attached in a minute? Service is probably not very important. Alright So I kept looking and found a friendly one nearby who attached it super quickly. 2 stars because he tried to appear friendly.
