Can only advise against, e-mail inquiries are not responded to, product was paid for on 10/13/20 and, according to the website, should be available on 10/29/20, nothing has arrived until today. Service looks different. A similar scooter was ordered from another company no problems the product (Turbo 1000) was there after a week.
The scooter arrived quickly :) friendly staff and top quality!

Ultimate Pro Plus was defective after 2 weeks. Nobody reachable by phone. After a week, the scooter was picked up by UPS (on behalf of the seller). With the provided return labels, which I attached to the box, UPS could not take the scooter with them. Had to sign a delivery slip so that it could be taken.
After a month, the repaired scooter finally got back to me.
So far so good, today I received an invoice from Tollrolle for € 500, - as I apparently ordered the return myself and did not use the return labels provided !!!! hands off
