Great customer service that you rarely see these days. The gear shift and derailleur had to be adjusted on my bike. This has worked extremely well. Furthermore, my husband and I gave excellent advice on saddle and measuring the distance between the sit bones with the help of a test. A lot of time was taken and everything was explained well. We also know where we are going from now on if our bikes cause problems again.

So you have to take your time for it, it is definitely worth waiting the nice gentleman asks first how that happened and how many km you have ridden and how you have ridden and then when you have reported everything he says exactly what has to be done and the waiting time because he has to order the certain parts first. Conclusion I will bring back what is broken as soon as my bike is broken 😁
