Worse after buy service ever. No chance to reach anyone calling them.

We went into the shop to buy bicycle helmets. The service staff at the cash desk referred us to "behind". There we waited for service, in vain. After a few minutes I went to the back of an employee who was working on the computer and presented our purchase request to him. His reaction: "Yes, I have to work my way through like you first. Actually, there should be an employee." But it wasn't. Then we said thank you and headed for the exit. No reaction. The lady at the checkout only knew to say when we asked that a responsible employee would be there tomorrow. Is that kind of good service from "Germany's largest two-wheeler dealer"? We think no. We are unlikely to enter this shop again.

Very friendly and competent advice, my family and I went to all three major bicycle dealers in Mönchengladbach to find a suitable bike for my daughter. Here you were the only possible customer to be approached and advised by the staff. In the case of the others, there is apparently the practitioner illness (help customer, nothing like away and doing busy). Every question was answered and since my daughter could not decide, we were given the current stock of the suitable model before we left. The decision where to buy was really easy. I cannot understand the criticism of the service. I have often arrived here shortly before the shop closes and they always helped me. If it couldn't be done straight away, the loyal bike had to stay there.

The workshop manager is very rude being just too abusive. My husband has a complaint a screw on the handlebars had come loose, it came to a fall and damage to the lamp. My husband wanted the screw fixed and the lamp replaced. And buy a few more things. The information about the screw is the responsibility of the manufacturer and nothing is replaced. He should take his bike and go. Maybe the bike wasn't expensive enough. We bought two bikes in May. But maybe you will only be treated politely if you reach a certain price range. We are now looking for a small dealer who still appreciates the customer.

Very good advice, uncomplicated purchase process and adjustment of the bike when you pick it up. Goodwill for special requests and friendly treatment in the workshop. It couldn't be better, so clear 5 stars👍
