Super friendly and competent team, fast service, can only be recommended. When buying a bike, the employees take enough time to advise the customer in detail. A test drive can also be made immediately. Inspection and repair services are very good and the prices are absolutely fair. There is a wide range of accessories in the store.

Situation: Vacation around northern Germany. The jacket and hose have a crack, which keeps me flat. I just drove on site. Immediately, uncomplicatedly and politely, I was exchanged tube and jacket within 30 minutes and I was even advised that my rim was getting a crack. Very nice, fast and neat work, despite relatively high customer traffic! Really highly recommended, especially as a vacationer for problem cases! Parking spaces are available.

We can only recommend "Das Radhaus" and its staff (thank you very much Rene). We were advised very competently for over 2 hours. A test ride was made with different bikes and so we were able to find the best e-bike for me. We wanted to sleep on it for another night, even that wasn't a problem. The next day we could pick up our new bike. It went to the "check with protocol" and was handed over to me with an explanation (e-bike). Here I have found a "wheel house" 👏 that I can only recommend.
