I bought my new bike here 2 weeks ago ... I was given impeccable advice. I told the really competent staff about my requirements and together we picked out the right bike. In the end, I decided on the next better model, although it was a bit more expensive than originally planned, but I haven't regretted it. Thanks again for the first class advice.

The best by far! The advice alone was excellent. I came by without prior notice and it took more than an hour. The advice was great - I was shown many models, had the opportunity to test drive, several seats were exchanged, springs tried out and much more. There were no stupid questions there. Now I can say that I have found the best e-bike for me.

Yesterday my son brought his bike (08/15 MTB) to change the inner tube and got a hefty bill today. Remove and install the front wheel alone and remove and install the hose 16.50 euros. (Hose itself again extra 7.90 euros) And then times two. (Front and rear wheel). Furthermore, a test drive was billed at 5.50 euros. Sorry, this is all absolute cutthroat for me. Invoice total 51.55 euros. Never again!!!!!!

In the search for two e-bikes (both for me and for my wife), we visited all local bike shops in Bergkamen and the surrounding area (Lünen, Kamen, Unna). What ultimately decided the decision to buy the bikes from AT Cycles was the extremely good, very patient and professional advice from the seller Mr. Grassmann. He was able to answer every question and rebuilt saddles several times to find the optimal saddle for my wife. We never had the impression that he "absolutely" wanted to sell, sometimes advised against more expensive components because they would not have been of advantage etc. The announced delivery date was also met and the accessories we bought from the workshop one day after delivery were free of charge and assembled in between. All in all a well-rounded affair and then you also like to pay the purchase price, which, incidentally, was a whole 3% lower thanks to the VAT reduction (it should only have been about 2.5% due to the reduction)
