Excellent advice, especially when purchasing and installing a robotic lawnmower. The wiring was very quick and uncomplicated despite the large terrain. Mowing was possible after 2 hours, very impressive.
The service was also top for spare parts and the purchase of handheld devices.
Do not drive to the hardware store - ask someone who knows his stuff !!
My customer service experience was not good.
A chainsaw from the former Praktiker hardware store was seen
unable to repair. "We don't repair cheap China products".
A test would have shown that the saw is identical to a Husqvarna and Mculloch model. So it would be desirable
more customer friendliness and expertise, - and not wearing the nose so high.
