Beautiful little tourist attraction in the heart of Soest city. The Teichsmühle is the oldest documented watermill in Soest. The Großer Teich (also known as Ententeich) is a body of water in the center of the old town of Soest. There are several springs in and around the pond. That is why the runoff of the water known as the Großer Teich also drives the Teichsmühle, in which the tourist information is located today. The towers you see in the background are of the late Gothic style church of St. Maria.

A beautiful place, very atmospheric. Next to it there is a restaurant, tourist information and of course lots of shops.
