Best bike store EVER!
I even went from Munich to Ingolstadt.
The service was perfect. Everyone was super nice and I got my bike faster than expected.
Just one side note to customers who cannot understand that the store has to act in a different and certain way due to the Covid-19 situation. They have regulations to fullfill. So you either accept that and be patient if you have to wait for a few minutes or you shouldn't go there. Because they do their best to serve you and provide you with the best customer service ever. Yelling at them for no reason is such a poor character.
Oh damn! Im disappointed by their services. I took my bike there 3 days ago because my back often go flat even if the inner is new. they charged me 30Euros to get it fixed. A day later the same problem occured again as I was about to bike to work in the morning....whole flat tire! Very disappointing! I paid for nothing!!
Top staff! I was quickly helped by the guys from the workshop
I broke my chain while riding along the Donau and needed it fixed quickly. I was served straight away and it was fixed immediately for very little cost, amazing service, highly recommended!
