Very satisfied. Great selection, extremely competent advice and always available to answer any problems. Certainly this is not a bicycle bargain market, but price / performance fits.
It should be clear to everyone that money is made in this shop. Wonder how it comes to the sometimes very bad reviews. My experiences are / were extremely positive.
Very friendly staff! I quickly got a suitable hose and jacket for my MTB. The prices are absolutely okay (nothing cheap, but not really expensive). Got a small discount at the checkout. I will gladly come again!
The bicycle boom is shamelessly exploited, and the two bikes are properly serviced. We are shocked when we saw the total amount. I can't recommend it ..... Above all, you should point this out to the customer if you charge that much money ..... We could almost have bought a new bike for that 😢
Although it was really busy, I got a repair appointment at short notice. The correct diagnosis was made immediately and the bike was even ready 2 days earlier than promised. In addition, a low price and super nice and funny advice. Great team, I can only recommend it.
Our whole family found what they were looking for within a few days at the Brenner - 2 e-bikes and 3 "normal" bikes! The advice from Basti, his colleagues and the boss himself was perfect, everyone was very friendly and we were well looked after :-)
The workshop also gave everything so that we could take the bikes home with us as far as possible, which is not often found otherwise!
We can only recommend the Fahrrad Brenner!
