Super nice advice on the phone despite lockdown. I just wanted to find out which e-bikes are in stock and was then advised so well for half an hour that I ordered the bike right away and hope that I can pick it up in the new year!
Many thanks to Michael, he organized a gravel bike from Straubing for me within 1 day, although the official delivery times take months. I was more than thrilled and can only recommend the store. I was yesterday (September 1st, 2020, 5:50 pm) with my family in the new Cube Store. Our previous bikes came from the Brenner, but Cube is Cube and so we drove to the Cube Store, which is clearly conveniently located.
What can I say: You don't get advice there. Although we test-ridden several bikes in the 20 minutes, nobody was comfortable talking to us, and that with only 2 other customers in the shop.
We need 4 bikes, but they don't want to sell them to us in this shop. I don't want to experience what it's like when there's a lot going on.
That is why there is a star for the good location.
